Like many others in Sweden I am currently working on the shawl Stjärnhop. After having frogged it twice (or more?) work is now proceeding smoothly. I like how it's turning out and can't stop knitting once I sit down with it.
But I need to be careful right now. My left index finger has a slightly swollen joint and it's probably because of too much knitting. So rationing, rationing. (Boring, boring.)
I've also had an involuntary stint away from knitting due to aching shoulder and wrist (brought on by unusual amount of knitting time during the holidays) and am now suffering from serious withdrawal syndrome (I keep fondling yarn and randomly browsing knitting books).
But I'm all better now and tomorrow I'm allowed to knit again! Yaaaay!

K: Patting yarn is so very comforting. ;-)
